- Must be an indigenous student if the district.
- Must be currently enrolled in State or federal universities or Polytechnics within Lagos or Ogun States
- Must have completed the first year of his/her studies with good performance.
- NCE students of 200L can also apply.

- Recommendation letter from the student's Head of Department, Faculty Head or Registrar.
