The 2024 Total Energies young graduate training programs is aimed at equipping young graduates with less than three years of professional experiences, giving them the opportunities to gain professional experience both within and outside the country.

Eligible criteria:

- Must be a young graduate with less than 3 years professional experience
- Must have NYSC exemption or discharge certificate
