2024 Midwestern Oil and Gas University/Community Merit Award

The Midwestern Oil and Gas Ltd 2024 university Merit Award is currently open. Some of the major aims of this scholarship is to reward and promote academic excellence amongst outstanding youths and to enhance skill based academic pursuit. 

This scholarship is only available for students from host community for the community award and Delta State indigene only for University Merit Award.

Scholarship category: 

this scholarship is of two categories: 
  • The University Merit Award
  • University Community Award 

The university Community Award: 

This award are available for:
University  students of 100L or 200L at the time of filling the form.

  1. To qualify for this scholarship, 
  2. You must have at least five credit passes in SSCE which qualifies one for university admission,
  3. Must possess JAMB/UTME offer of admission letter to study any course in any accredited university in Nigeria,
  4. Must present a letter of recognition from your ward councilor or any other person permitted to act in that regards.
  5. Must possess a valid university ID card, 

For the university Merit Award, 

Applicant must must be a 200L student who possess a minimum CGPA of 3.5/5.0 in his/her 100L results.

  • Every other criteria is similar to that of community Merit Award.

Deadline: 

10th July, 2024.

Brief Note: 

  1. Application for this scholarship is absolutely free and applicants are not to make any form of payment to anyone to this regards.
  2. Application are not accepted through email, only applications submitted through the official website will be processed.
  3. Tendering any form of false documents may lead to disqualification.
  4. Only qualifying applicants will be invited for interview(s)
