In order to reward academic excellence, the university of Miami Stamps Scholarship was established to help students who have accomplished exceptional feats in their high school Studies and finally made it to the university; named after the pioneer Roe Stamps and his wife, Penny.
Remember that the University of Miami was established in the year 1925, located in southern Florida in the United States. In the year 2006, the Stamps Scholarship was first launched by Roe Stamps and his wife Penny (who is now late).
